To experience the serene beauty of the sea in an intimate environment, take a trip underwater. Jacques Cousteau once said the Sea of Cortez was the “world’s aquarium,” and he was right. The waters of the gulf are filled with angelic enormous manta rays, whale sharks, dolphins, and several species of shark. You are located very near Cabo Pulmo, which now protects the only living reef left in the entire Sea of Cortez! It is full of brightly colored tropical fish and varied coral.
